So many days out on the road where the drivers of First Student really made the day by simply...slowing down for photos, spotting wildlife, being calm and collected when traffic was an issue, and most importantly just understanding that everyone on board is out for the experience, not just the transportation...Thank You. For all that you have done and helped us accomplish. Looking forward to next year.

I wanted to share my feedback with our most recent “field trip” in a yellow bus. It was our first time using First Student as our method of transportation and from beginning to end; we all had a positive experience. It started off with a fast quote via telephone and ended with a prompt and courteous bus operator. We have to give kudos to the whole team. They were extremely respectful of our itinerary and provided outstanding customer service. We would choose First Student as our transportation carrier again.

Three times a year, we take our younger children and teens out for a fun day at a local venue. We have the children gather at 7:00 a.m. to board buses on a Sunday morning from the church to the venue and return at 10:00 a.m.. Early hours on a Sunday. This trip was made especially pleasant by our (your) driver Joe from First Student Charter Berlin. Joe was smiling, warm and welcoming to our excited youth, even at that hour of the morning. Joe made sure that we knew how to reach him if he had to move the bus and there was an emergency. His driving was exceptional. His all around service was terrific. I hope we have him again in August!
