Thank You!

Thank you all at First Student Charter for the outstanding service that you provided to the Victorian Society Summer School program last week. We used First Student buses and drivers on June 17th, June 18th, June 19th, and June 20th. Our driver for the first two days was Harman Davis, then Glenda on the third day to Oak Park and finally Anisha when we were driving around the north side of the city. They were all terrific! They were knowledgeable, prompt and extremely pleasant.

First, I want to thank you for the good service your company provides. We are very happy with the service. Your drivers are safe, very courteous, and punctual. Thanks again. You’ll always have our business.

I can’t tell you enough how incredible your staff was to work with over this past weekend. They truly are professional and went above and beyond to make our Hot-Air Balloon Festival a success. Thank you again for everything.

Would definitely recommend this bus company!!!! I'm the mother of the groom, and I rented 3 buses to take guests from 2 different hotels to a Philadelphia wedding. The wedding venue was 3 miles from the hotels, but I was very nervous about the buses showing up on a holiday weekend with a music festival in town...NO WORRIES ! Our buses came out of the William Penn branch, and our bus drivers were the nicest people. My contract stated everything they were going to do. The bus drivers were all there ahead of schedule and called to tell me they were at the hotels waiting for the guests. On the return, they also made a stop at a beer garden for an after party. My guests said they were friendly and courteous! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND First Student Charter buses for any event!

My wife and I got married on September 16, 2017 and we rented buses from First Student's Benton Harbor branch to shuttle our guests from the hotel to our reception and back, and we can't thank the driver that evening enough for getting our guests from Point A, to Point B, and back again quickly and safely. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patient on every trip back-and-forth.
