Dear First Student Charter, Wow! We had your bus driver, Barb B., take our K-2nd graders and their parents to Lincoln Park Zoo today. It was amazing. She was fantastic. So kind, polite, on time (early), dependable, safe, I can go on and on! Thank you so much for being a respectable company. We have had issue in the past with other transportation companies, but I am confident when we use First Student Charter, that we will be satisfied, safe and pleased. Again, thank you! -
