I wanted to share my feedback with our most recent “field trip” in a yellow bus. It was our first time using First Student as our method of transportation and from beginning to end; we all had a positive experience. It started off with a fast quote via telephone and ended with a prompt and courteous bus operator. We have to give kudos to the whole team. They were extremely respectful of our itinerary and provided outstanding customer service. We would choose First Student as our transportation carrier again.
